Coming off back-to-back Class 2B state titles, Tim Ravet has his Kittitas boys basketball team poised for a run at a three-peat. With Gonzaga commit, and coach’s son, Brock Ravet leading the way, the Coyotes are 18-1 and alone in first place in the 2B Eastern Washington League standings.

Athlete in high school/college: 3 sport athlete- football, basketball, baseball, football at CWU

Coaching Career: 13 yrs varsity, 4 yrs jr varsity, 2 State Titles, 6 District Titles, 4 Coach of the Year Awards

Why did you get into coaching?

Keep my competitive nature, give back to kids, help mold kid’s lives and attitudes.

Outside of your current team/program, what are your coaching aspirations? 

After this year, to help with my daughter’s AAU team.

Gonzaga Staff, the late Don Meyer, and Mike Dunbar.

GU Staff, PGC, and various high level coaching videos.
