Here are the candidates for the Washington Federal high school athlete of the week for April 15-21, as nominated by fans, readers and Scorebook Live’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Voting will conclude on Thursday at 5 p.m and the winner will be announced Friday morning. Brock Bozett, Ferris baseball: Bozett starred on the mound and at the plate in Ferris’ 6-1 victory over Shadle Park on Thursday. A senior shortstop and pitcher, Bozett struck out nine in 6 2/3 innings and added four hits, three RBI and two runs.

Olivia Grey, Woodland softball: Grey, a senior pitcher, struck out 16 in a 4-0 win over Ridgefield on Wednesday. She followed that by throwing a perfect game on Thursday in a 3-0 win over R.A. Long.

Theo Baiye, Clarkston boys soccer: Baiye scored five goals in a 13-1 win over West Valley on Thursday. The five-goal performance gave him 54 career goals, which is a Clarkston school record.

Dorien Simon, Lakes track & field: Simon, a senior, won the 100-meter dash (10.62) and the 200-meter dash (21.58) at the Eason Inviational meet on Saturday at Snohomish High School.

Nadia Herring, Steilacoom track & field: Herring, a junior, won the 200-meter dash (24.64) and the long jump (18-10) at the Eason Inviational meet on Saturday at Snohomish High School.

Tyler Hoeft, Federal Way baseball: Hoeft, a senior pitcher who has committed to the University of Washington, threw a no-hitter on Thursday in a 6-0 win over Enumclaw. He struck out 11 and did not walk a batter.
